- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Attempted to mail prepaid UPS box, they attempted to charge me $0.80 for a "taping fee", they have no idea what customer service is, and want to try to nickel-and-dime you, no exaggeration, $0.80 for a single piece of tape approximately 16 inches long, they told me they are trying to recoup the loss they probably could buy a roll of tape for a little bit more than that sounds like they're trying to profit, horrible customer service.By Michael Joyce, June 27, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This UPS Store employee Jamie says they do not to accept Next Day Packages after 4pm because they are understaffed . It is too tough for them to put your pre-packaged items into a UPS box, tape it closed, and to print your label. The driver who apparently was early could not wait for her to put tape on the package.
