- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been divorced 3-times in my life, so I am very familiar with Family Law and Divorce Attorneys. Joseph Indelicato is "NO DOUBT" the WORST attorney I've ever used in my life. He is not only a LIAR, he can't be TRUSTED either. His wife (Kathy) is a Para-Legal and does most of his work, but he will bill you $300-$350 an hour for her services. They are both HEARTLESS people without FEELINGS. Chuck, who does his billing, is also the WORST accountant ever. He does a terrible job at billing Joe's clients, he doesn't bill MONTHLY, he only bills you when you RANT & RAVE for your bill. Stay away from this law firm, unless you like to be LIED to, cheated, over-billed, and have a SIMPLE 6-9 month case dragged-out for 2-LONG YEARS and billed over $12,000.00!!!By Perry Laspina, September 21, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★A very good Attorney. Very Professional. Perhaps one of the Best Lawyers in Inverness, Florida He goes the EXTRA MILE and most certainly a straight shooter when it comes with the Law. If you are needing a fair lawyer look in the phone boot but if you want a Great lawyer and one who is very honest and gets things done then call Joe he is the best around.By david payne, August 05, 2017
